About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ESG Intern to join our team at Nurture Brands. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in environmental sustainability, occupational health & safety, and ESG compliance within a purpose‑driven organisation.

Key Areas of Focus

• Environmental and occupational health & safety compliance implementation and monitoring
• ESG reporting requirements and data analysis
• ISO management systems and systems auditing
• Sustainable social and environmental impact initiatives
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Contributing to ESG and compliance reports

Minimum Requirements

• BTech in Environmental Health, Environmental Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of UNSDGs, IFC Performance Standards, and ESG frameworks (IFRS, GRI, etc.)
• Strong interest in environmental compliance, sustainability, and occupational health & safety
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
Friday: 08:00 – 13:00 (early weekend!)
