Key Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or related field
  • Understanding of investment principles and ESG frameworks
  • Proven experience in ESG due diligence and analysis
  • Strong research and data interpretation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in relevant field
  • CFA certification or IoDSA membership

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ESG analysis for listed companies and asset managers
  • Develop ESG integration frameworks for investments
  • Produce quarterly performance reports and market trend analysis
  • Collaborate on ESG-related proxy voting and engagements
  • Monitor portfolio ESG performance and regulatory compliance
