Requirements

  • National Diploma in Public/Business Administration (NQF Level 6) or related qualification
  • South African citizenship
  • Resident within Johannesburg jurisdiction

Primary Function

Serve as the primary contact point for spaza shop owners and internal users regarding queries about the City’s Spaza Reg platform, including application status and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address platform-related inquiries from spaza shop owners
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Assist with registration processes
  • Provide application status updates
