Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Valid Section 13/26(D) Boilermaker Trade Test Certificate
- Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB/C1)
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years boilermaker experience in processing/workshop environments
- Proven maintenance and shutdown experience in mining
- Strong time management capabilities
- Proficient in English communication
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of industrial equipment
- Conduct daily safety inspections per Mine Health & Safety regulations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems
- Collaborate with production teams on maintenance planning
- Maintain equipment performance records and reports
- Ensure operational efficiency of engineering systems
