Position Summary

Support marine engineering operations through efficient fuel management, administrative coordination, and performance analysis to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vessel fuel procurement and inventory
  • Process engineering department documentation
  • Coordinate oil sample analysis and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Handle injury reports and safety documentation
  • Manage stationery and consumables inventory

Essential Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12)
  • 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Administration qualification (certificate/diploma)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license
