Position Summary
Support marine engineering operations through efficient fuel management, administrative coordination, and performance analysis to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vessel fuel procurement and inventory
- Process engineering department documentation
- Coordinate oil sample analysis and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Handle injury reports and safety documentation
- Manage stationery and consumables inventory
Essential Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- 1-2 years administrative experience
- Administration qualification (certificate/diploma)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
