Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee civil/structural engineering projects from concept to completion
- Develop cost-efficient technical solutions aligned with industry standards
- Update technical documentation with modern engineering practices
- Review external designs for compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Manage project resources and budgets
- Implement performance management systems for engineering teams
