Position Overview
We seek a skilled IT professional to join our technical support team, ensuring efficient resolution of user queries and maintaining optimal system performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage user support requests and technical escalations
- Provide remote troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Deliver hardware/software technical support
- Generate and analyze service performance reports
- Maintain change control processes for system implementations
- Ensure quality control through ticket management
Required Qualifications
Essential:
- National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Technology or related field
- Valid driver’s license
- 2+ years technical support experience
Preferred:
- 3+ years in end-user support roles
