Position Overview

We seek a skilled IT professional to join our technical support team, ensuring efficient resolution of user queries and maintaining optimal system performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage user support requests and technical escalations
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Deliver hardware/software technical support
  • Generate and analyze service performance reports
  • Maintain change control processes for system implementations
  • Ensure quality control through ticket management

Required Qualifications

Essential:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Information Technology or related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 2+ years technical support experience

Preferred:

  • 3+ years in end-user support roles
