Key Requirements

• Three-year relevant qualification (NQF Level 6) in Social Science, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Public Administration, Business Management, or Public Management
• 2 years’ experience in client-facing roles
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Employment Service Act, Skills Development Act, Public Financial Management Act, and related labor regulations
• Skills in strategic planning, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and report writing

Core Responsibilities

• Promote Public Employment Services to create job opportunities
• Manage recruitment processes including candidate screening and placement
• Process international labor migration requests and employer registrations
• Oversee implementation of employment initiatives and relief programs
• Supervise employer service administration at labor centers
