Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (Matric)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Social Sciences
- No prior experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Support coordination of staff wellness programs
- Assist with basic counseling under supervision
- Manage administrative tasks for wellness initiatives
- Help conduct health assessments and data analysis
- Participate in employee wellness reporting
