Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Education: Matric (Required), BCom/B.Admin (Advantageous)
- Experience: 3-5 years in Employee Benefits
- Location: Woodmead, Gauteng
- Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client meeting documents and presentation reports
- Handle member inquiries via email and phone
- Manage claims processing (death/disability/withdrawals)
- Resolve billing disputes and maintain client records
- Coordinate pension fund, group risk, and medical aid administration
- Process Section 14 transfers and medical underwriting
- Monitor timelines for all client portfolio activities
Essential Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- 3+ years Employee Benefits experience
- Fluency in English and one other SA official language
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Client management and administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of medical aid gap cover
- Experience with benefits transfer processes
