Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Commerce-related fields preferred)
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years financial services experience)
  • Department: Human Resources & Employee Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client reviews, proposals, and investment reports
  • Manage policy renewals and employee benefit enquiries
  • Maintain client portfolios and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and diary management
  • Process new applications and policy implementations
  • Maintain CRM system and service level agreements

Essential Requirements:

  • BCom degree in Finance, Economics, Business Finance or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bilingual communication skills (English + one SA official language)
  • Strong administrative and technical aptitude
  • Interest in employee benefits sector development
