Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Commerce-related fields preferred)
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years financial services experience)
- Department: Human Resources & Employee Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client reviews, proposals, and investment reports
- Manage policy renewals and employee benefit enquiries
- Maintain client portfolios and compliance documentation
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and diary management
- Process new applications and policy implementations
- Maintain CRM system and service level agreements
Essential Requirements:
- BCom degree in Finance, Economics, Business Finance or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual communication skills (English + one SA official language)
- Strong administrative and technical aptitude
- Interest in employee benefits sector development
