Position Summary
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Experience: 5+ years in healthcare facility maintenance
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- National Trade Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical field
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in hospital equipment maintenance
- OHS Act certification and R158 building regulation knowledge
Technical Competencies:
- Power systems management (PFC & standby systems)
- Electrical installations and industrial appliance repair
- Preventative maintenance planning
- Facility infrastructure management
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance
- Manage electrical systems and facility infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with health/safety standards
- Troubleshoot technical failures and implement solutions
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and job card system
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in maintenance software systems
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Effective time management skills
