Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in registry and records management.
  • Accredited certificate, diploma or degree in Logistics, Records or Archiving management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of records management processes and procedures.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Analytical thinking, planning, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal relations and teamwork ability.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
  • Current and former EPWP participants and COVID‑19 contract officials are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties

  • Distribute mail and notices within the office and health facilities.
  • Operate photocopier and other office equipment.
  • Collect and send documents through the post office.
  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Bind documents and booklets.
  • Provide general clerical support to the Records Management Section.
  • Maintain records and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with records management policies and regulations.
