Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in registry and records management.
- Accredited certificate, diploma or degree in Logistics, Records or Archiving management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of records management processes and procedures.
- Computer literacy.
- Analytical thinking, planning, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relations and teamwork ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
- Current and former EPWP participants and COVID‑19 contract officials are encouraged to apply.
Key Duties
- Distribute mail and notices within the office and health facilities.
- Operate photocopier and other office equipment.
- Collect and send documents through the post office.
- Sort incoming and outgoing mail.
- Bind documents and booklets.
- Provide general clerical support to the Records Management Section.
- Maintain records and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with records management policies and regulations.
