Position Overview:
Full-time role combining education technology and library sciences to drive digital learning initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate essential
• National Diploma/NQF 6 in Library Science, IT, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Information Science preferred
• Training facilitator accreditation advantageous
• 3-5 years’ experience in public libraries + tech training
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
• Project management and financial skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage library e-learning centers and digital resources
• Develop computer literacy training programs
• Provide technical support for library IT infrastructure
• Train staff and patrons on digital tools
• Coordinate electronic resource management
• Maintain library website and online systems
• Handle administrative reporting tasks
