Duty Driver at Fidelity Services Group

Fidelity Services Group, Southern Africa’s largest integrated security solutions provider, is seeking a reliable and experienced Duty Driver to join our team in Parow, Cape Town. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely transport nightshift employees to and from work.

Key Details:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Western Cape, Cape Town
• Qualification: Matric
• Experience: 2 years of driving experience
• Job Field: Driving/Transportation

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (Code 8 minimum) and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accreditation (Grade C or higher) is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and at night
• Willingness to drive in high-risk areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport employees safely to and from work
• Park and maintain company vehicles
• Report delays or incidents to the Operations Manager
• Maintain radio contact with controllers
• Prevent and report suspicious activities
• Conduct vehicle audits and complete checklists
• Document accidents/incidents responsibly
