Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team in Winterveld, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering products safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and processes, and apply them daily.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to your line manager.
• Deliver products by planning routes, ensuring explosives are secure, and obtaining proof of delivery.
• Optimize efficiency by organizing deliveries and adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
• Assist in the safe offloading of products, following agreed steps and safety precautions.
• Maintain vehicle compliance by completing inspections, ensuring valid documentation, and monitoring safety equipment.
• Keep accurate logs of deliveries, distances, and fuel consumption, submitting them on time.
• Follow SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) practices and standards consistently.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and service providers.
• Participate in team activities, support colleagues, and contribute to company events.
• Engage in self-development to improve skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Proven experience in handling explosives and emergency processes (Hazchem).
• 2 years of experience in a supply chain explosives environment.
