Key Responsibilities

Safe and Responsible Use of Vehicles

• Minimize vehicle damages
• Manage tire usage effectively
• Control fuel consumption
• Keep delivery costs per loaf in check
• Follow road policies and laws
• Maintain truck hygiene

Build Excellent Relations with the Trade

• Gather feedback from customers
• Dress appropriately when interacting with the trade

Account for Stock and Money

• Balance reconciliations weekly to zero (by Thursday)
• Ensure all money is accounted for
• Track all stock accurately

Ensure On-Time Delivery

• Meet delivery time targets
• Achieve sales volume targets
• Handle returns according to company policy

Maintain Positive Basket Flow Variance

• Oversee the signing in and out of baskets

Update and Accurate Route Administration

• Ensure accuracy in all records
• Complete tasks on time
• Comply with company accounting policies and procedures
• Prepare reports on trade activities, including competitor information
• Work with the telesales team on required information
• Sign daily settlement sheets
• Submit orders to telesales before 3:00 PM
