Position Overview:

As a Service Department Driver at Rola Ford Robertson, you will play a key role in supporting our aftersales department. You will ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods and customers, while representing our company professionally on the road. Your duties will include delivering products to clients and maintaining a positive company image.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Driver within a Vehicle Dealership (Advantageous)
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying orders
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks
• Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts distribution
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer enquiries or concerns
• Process accurate vehicle licensing and registrations with the traffic service department
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle
• Act as a representative of the company, promoting its products and services
• Provide feedback to the sales team about customer preferences or issues encountered
• Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedules and deadlines
