Requirements

  • Valid, unexpired SA driver’s license
  • Knowledge of Transport circular 4 of 2000, National Road and Traffic Act 1996, Public Service Act, PFMA Act 1999
  • Excellent driving skills and good communication abilities (verbal and written)
  • Ability to read maps and use GPS for navigation

Duties

  • Drive light and medium motor vehicles for official purposes
  • Collect, distribute, and deliver documents
  • Transport employees to various destinations
  • Arrange for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after use
  • Assist with transport documentation and record-keeping
