Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting guests and company packages safely and efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
• Experience with both manual and automatic vehicles
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible
• Integrity and a team-oriented approach
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and SOPs
• Ensure high standards of guest service
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Office area
• Assist guests with luggage
• Transport guests and company packages safely
• Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles
• Operate assigned vehicles responsibly
• Stay informed about hotel events and prepare accordingly
• Coordinate taxi services for guests
• Secure handling and storage of guest luggage
• Personalize guest interactions
• Address guest inquiries and escalate unresolved issues
• Liaise with Management team members
• Complete all end-of-shift tasks
