Job Details

• Job Type: Full Time
• Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
• Experience: 3 years in a similar role
• Location: Gauteng
• Job Field: Driving, Logistics, Procurement/Store-keeping/Supply Chain

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct weekly vehicle inspections
• Complete vehicle inspection checklists accurately
• Report any vehicle issues promptly
• Monitor fuel consumption
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable

Loading, Driving & Offloading

• Assist with packing and loading products
• Verify product quality before loading
• Ensure correct stock is loaded
• Secure goods properly
• Deliver orders efficiently and on time
• Plan routes effectively
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed
• Obtain delivery confirmations
• Handle pre-loading for next-day deliveries
• Collect returns and complete necessary paperwork
• Adhere to road traffic laws
• Maintain valid driver’s license and PrDP

Customer Service

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
• Market H Systems products
• Follow customer site regulations
• Provide excellent customer service

Warehouse Assistance

• Assist with warehouse tasks as needed
• Ensure proper product wrapping and storage
• Conduct stock counts

Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE&Q) Management

• Adhere to OHS Act requirements
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Key Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and PrDP
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• 3 years of experience in operations/warehousing
