Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Driver with a valid PrDP and Code 14 license to join our Tankers department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of milk, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.

Key Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Valid PrDP and Code 14 Driver’s License
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a tanker driver in the FMCG industry
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work long distances, shifts, weekends, and overtime
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Medically fit according to Occupational Health and Safety standards
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Load milk at farms and plants, ensuring accurate sampling and documentation
• Manage and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and equipment
• Ensure all milk samples are collected and tested according to company standards
• Adhere to Food Safety, Continuous Improvement, and NOSA standards
• Drive safely and professionally, following all road regulations
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
