Job Title: Driver (Brackenfell)

Key Information:

• Job Type: Full Time
• Qualification: Matric / National Senior Certificate (NQF4)
• Experience: 2 years
• Location: Western Cape
• Job Field: Driving & Logistics

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport products and materials between locations
• Collect and deliver products/materials to and from local businesses
• Ensure all documentation related to each load is accurate and complete
• Operate trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain good housekeeping standards for the vehicle and perform routine maintenance
• Operate mechanical equipment when necessary
• Secure cargo properly as per guidelines
• Complete vehicle inspection registers
• Stand in for other drivers when needed
• Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent qualification
• Valid EC driver’s license and PrDP (Professional Driving Permit)
• At least 2 years of proven work experience as a driver
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Good customer service skills are beneficial
• Ability to lift up to 50kg bags
• Effective communication skills
