About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver Assistant to join our liquor distribution team. This role involves assisting with loading, unloading, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report on time to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Conduct efficient handover of deliveries from warehouse to vehicle.
• Ensure accurate and secure packing of goods to avoid damage.
• Carry necessary paperwork and a tablet daily before departing.
• Deliver orders correctly and on time as per schedule.
• Engage with customers to promote repeat business.
• Collect and record returns or defective products as instructed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle daily.
• Report any vehicle accidents or incidents immediately.
• Adhere to the dress code and present yourself professionally.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certification
• Valid Code 10/14 Driver’s License (advantageous)
