Position Details

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Minimum Qualification: Matric + Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Public Administration (NQF Level 7)
  • Experience: 8+ years in HR functions (3+ years supervisory level)
  • Location: KwaZulu-Natal
  • Remuneration: R659,924.51 – R856,607.78 per annum + vehicle & mobile allowances

Essential Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Municipal Finance Management Certificate (advantageous)
  • Expertise in labor legislation & local government agreements

  • Excellent communication in multiple languages

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee organizational compliance & employee wellness programs
  • Develop human capital policies and metrics
  • Coordinate HR projects with cross-functional teams
