- Minimum Qualification: Matric + Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Public Administration (NQF Level 7)
- Experience: 8+ years in HR functions (3+ years supervisory level)
- Location: KwaZulu-Natal
- Remuneration: R659,924.51 – R856,607.78 per annum + vehicle & mobile allowances
Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Municipal Finance Management Certificate (advantageous)
- Expertise in labor legislation & local government agreements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategies aligned with municipal objectives

- Oversee organizational compliance & employee wellness programs
- Develop human capital policies and metrics
- Coordinate HR projects with cross-functional teams
