Position Details
Remuneration Package:
Task Grade 16: R659,924.51 – R856,607.78 per annum
+ Motor Vehicle Allowance + Cell Phone/Data Allowance

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration/NQF Level 7 equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Municipal Finance Management Certificate (advantageous)
Experience Required
- 8+ years administrative experience
- 3+ years at supervisory level
Key Competencies
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Budget management proficiency
- Knowledge of municipal governance frameworks
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate services operations including records management
- Develop and implement administrative policies
- Manage departmental budgets and resources
- Coordinate council reporting processes
- Ensure legislative compliance
