Divisional Assistant Commercial

Position Purpose

Support Commercial Division leadership through efficient administrative operations, process optimization, and project coordination to achieve departmental goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare financial documents including budgets, purchase orders, and reports
  • Handle departmental communications and record-keeping
  • Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation
  • Maintain governance compliance and documentation
  • Oversee office logistics for new hires and team members

Requirements

Education:

  • Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
  • Diploma in Secretarial/Business Management (NQF 6)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years senior administrative experience
  • Aviation industry exposure advantageous

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • SAP system proficiency
  • Financial reporting capabilities
  • Project coordination experience
