Position Purpose
Support Commercial Division leadership through efficient administrative operations, process optimization, and project coordination to achieve departmental goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Prepare financial documents including budgets, purchase orders, and reports
- Handle departmental communications and record-keeping
- Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation
- Maintain governance compliance and documentation
- Oversee office logistics for new hires and team members
Requirements
Education:
- Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
- Diploma in Secretarial/Business Management (NQF 6)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years senior administrative experience
- Aviation industry exposure advantageous
Technical Competencies
- Advanced MS Office skills
- SAP system proficiency
- Financial reporting capabilities
- Project coordination experience
