Position Summary:
Senior leadership role overseeing parliamentary operations with strategic management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership of parliamentary operations
- Management of committee support systems
- Oversight of public participation programs
- Coordination with Government Business leadership
- Operational management and process innovation
- Team leadership and budget management
Minimum Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 qualification in Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 10+ years’ relevant experience (5+ years at senior management level)
- Proven track record in legislative or public sector operations
