Position Summary:

Senior leadership role overseeing parliamentary operations with strategic management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership of parliamentary operations
  • Management of committee support systems
  • Oversight of public participation programs
  • Coordination with Government Business leadership
  • Operational management and process innovation
  • Team leadership and budget management

Minimum Requirements:

  • NQF Level 8 qualification in Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related field
  • 10+ years’ relevant experience (5+ years at senior management level)
  • Proven track record in legislative or public sector operations
