South Africa’s bicameral legislature seeks a qualified candidate to enhance parliamentary operations through strategic leadership and core business support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for parliamentary operations
- Manage support services for parliamentary committees
- Oversee public participation programs
- Coordinate with the Office of the Leader of Government Business
- Drive continuous operational improvements
- Manage human resources and departmental budgets
Requirements:
- Honours Degree/Postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) in Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years’ relevant experience (5 years at senior management level) in legislative/public sector environment
