Division Manager: Core Business Support

South Africa’s bicameral legislature seeks a qualified candidate to enhance parliamentary operations through strategic leadership and core business support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction for parliamentary operations
  • Manage support services for parliamentary committees
  • Oversee public participation programs
  • Coordinate with the Office of the Leader of Government Business
  • Drive continuous operational improvements
  • Manage human resources and departmental budgets

Requirements:

  • Honours Degree/Postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) in Social Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years’ relevant experience (5 years at senior management level) in legislative/public sector environment
