Job Purpose
Lead the implementation of Sustainable Resource Use programs with focus on:
- Farm planning and agricultural land rehabilitation
- Administration of land conservation schemes
- Stakeholder advisory services
- Disaster risk management
Essential Qualifications
- 3-year Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 6+ years natural resource management experience
- 3+ years in supervisory/management role
- Valid driver’s license (Code B)
Preferred Qualifications
- B-Tech/B.Sc in Civil Engineering or Agriculture
Key Responsibilities
- Manage agricultural disaster response programs
- Oversee land conservation initiatives
- Develop stakeholder partnerships
- Financial and team management
- Policy implementation and reporting
