Requirements

  • Expertise in water infrastructure policy development
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure programs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of PFMA and governance frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Design policies for optimal prioritization of water infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate implementation of provincial water service programs
  • Foster partnerships between government and private sector stakeholders
  • Oversee budgeting and expenditure frameworks for infrastructure grants
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of provincial program execution
