Preferred: Master’s Degree (NQF 8)
Experience: 5+ years senior/middle management experience

Requirements:

– National Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification
– 5+ years strategic planning/monitoring & evaluation experience
– Valid driver’s license (exemptions for PWD)
– Policy/research management experience preferred

Responsibilities:

– Develop departmental Strategic Plans & Annual Performance Plans
– Coordinate research initiatives and policy management
– Monitor implementation of Service Delivery Improvement Plan
– Oversee operational planning across branches
– Manage directorate resources and risk processes
