Position Details

• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
• Education Requirements:
  – Matric Certificate
  – Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Communications, Social Sciences or related field (NQF Level 7)
• Experience Needed: Minimum 5 years at middle/senior management level
• Location: Gauteng Province
• Department: Project Management & Stakeholder Relations

Key Requirements

• SMS Pre-entry Certification from National School of Governance (required before appointment)
• Proven experience in strategic stakeholder management
• Strong background in policy development and implementation

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies and maintain stakeholder profiles
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication initiatives
• Manage stakeholder databases and community consultation processes
• Organize public awareness programs on government services
• Monitor and report on engagement activities
• Facilitate intergovernmental cooperation projects
• Advise leadership on stakeholder relations matters
