  • Qualifications:
    • Grade 12 Certificate
    • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or higher in Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Law, or related field

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Policy Development:

  • Develop national strategies for SCM monitoring frameworks
  • Create policies for data collection, analysis, and compliance resolution
  • Contribute to government-wide SCM policy development

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage government stakeholder relations
  • Promote SCM policy compliance across all government levels
  • Conduct awareness programs and workshops

Compliance Oversight:

  • Monitor procurement plans and bid processes
  • Analyze preferential procurement policy implementation
  • Evaluate SCM maturity and compliance across departments

Performance Management:

  • Develop monitoring systems for SCM framework effectiveness
  • Produce parliamentary reports and impact assessments
  • Manage knowledge sharing platforms for SCM compliance
