Position Details

- Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) or higher in Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, Risk Management, Law, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Policy Development:
- Develop national strategies for SCM monitoring frameworks
- Create policies for data collection, analysis, and compliance resolution
- Contribute to government-wide SCM policy development
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage government stakeholder relations
- Promote SCM policy compliance across all government levels
- Conduct awareness programs and workshops
Compliance Oversight:
- Monitor procurement plans and bid processes
- Analyze preferential procurement policy implementation
- Evaluate SCM maturity and compliance across departments
Performance Management:
- Develop monitoring systems for SCM framework effectiveness
- Produce parliamentary reports and impact assessments
- Manage knowledge sharing platforms for SCM compliance
