- Infrastructure project administration
Core Responsibilities
- Procurement Management:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans
- Oversee tender processes from specification to award
- Manage supplier databases and contract performance
- Operational Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams in project execution
- Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure PFMA and Treasury Regulation compliance
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses
