Key Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and Pre-Entry SMS Certification
• Proven experience in:
  • Procurement planning and contract management
  • Public sector supply chain processes
  • Infrastructure project administration

Core Responsibilities

• Procurement Management:
  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans
  • Oversee tender processes from specification to award
  • Manage supplier databases and contract performance
• Operational Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in project execution
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies
• Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure PFMA and Treasury Regulation compliance
  • Prepare operational reports and performance analyses
