Key Details:
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management/Internal Auditing (NQF Level 7)
Experience Needed: 5+ years at middle/senior management level
License: Valid driver’s license (accommodations available for PWD applicants)
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement anti-fraud/corruption strategies and policies
- Oversee investigations of misconduct cases across departments and municipalities
- Conduct anti-corruption awareness programs and training workshops
- Manage organizational risk assessment framework and mitigation plans
- Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration on governance initiatives
- Supervise team operations and resource allocation
