Position: Director – Risk, Anti-Fraud & Corruption Management

Key Details:

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management/Internal Auditing (NQF Level 7)
Experience Needed: 5+ years at middle/senior management level

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement anti-fraud/corruption strategies and policies
  • Oversee investigations of misconduct cases across departments and municipalities
  • Conduct anti-corruption awareness programs and training workshops
  • Manage organizational risk assessment framework and mitigation plans
  • Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration on governance initiatives
  • Supervise team operations and resource allocation
