Position Requirements

- Experience in policy development and implementation
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee national network of NPA libraries and document centers
- Manage digital resources and knowledge portal administration
- Develop/update operational policies and performance plans
- Coordinate procurement processes for library resources
- Implement records management systems and compliance protocols
- Conduct quality assurance for information systems
- Prepare financial and operational reports
- Facilitate staff training on legal research tools
