Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Property Studies/Finance/Business Economics or related field
Experience Needed: 5+ years at middle/senior management level in property finance
Location: Gauteng Province
Sector: Building & Construction
License Requirement: Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee property financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
- Manage municipal account validation and payment systems
- Supervise creditor/debtor management and account reconciliations
- Lead audit coordination and financial risk mitigation strategies
- Direct human resource management and team development
- Manage branch funds compliance with PFMA regulations
- Develop operational plans aligned with departmental objectives
- Coordinate stakeholder relations and financial performance reporting
Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record in financial management of property assets
- Strong grasp of public sector financial regulations
- Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams
- Advanced budgeting and forecasting capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
