Key Responsibilities
Risk Management Strategy
- Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks
- Conduct organizational risk assessments and analysis
- Monitor risk mitigation strategies across departments
Governance & Compliance
- Coordinate audit committee activities and SCOPA reporting
- Maintain risk registers and compliance documentation
- Implement quality assurance processes
Business Continuity Planning
- Develop crisis management protocols
- Conduct organizational resilience training
- Lead business continuity committees
Team Leadership
- Manage departmental budgets up to RXX million
- Oversee staff performance and development
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams
