Key Responsibilities

Risk Management Strategy

  • Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks
  • Conduct organizational risk assessments and analysis
  • Monitor risk mitigation strategies across departments

Governance & Compliance

  • Coordinate audit committee activities and SCOPA reporting
  • Maintain risk registers and compliance documentation
  • Implement quality assurance processes

Business Continuity Planning

  • Develop crisis management protocols
  • Conduct organizational resilience training
  • Lead business continuity committees

Team Leadership

  • Manage departmental budgets up to RXX million
  • Oversee staff performance and development
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams
