Position Summary:

Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Public Administration (NQF 7)
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10 years’ management experience (5+ years in local government/public sector)
- Valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive support services for Chief Operations Office
- Coordinate city-wide strategic planning and performance monitoring
- Manage oversight committees and governance processes
- Oversee special projects and productivity initiatives
- Align department workflows with service delivery goals
