Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced operations leader to coordinate strategic initiatives across municipal departments and ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Public Administration (NQF 7)
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 10 years’ management experience (5+ years in local government/public sector)
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead executive support services for Chief Operations Office
  • Coordinate city-wide strategic planning and performance monitoring
  • Manage oversight committees and governance processes
  • Oversee special projects and productivity initiatives
  • Align department workflows with service delivery goals
