  • Strategic planning experience (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Completion of Nyukela Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme required before appointment

Essential Competencies

Management Skills:
Strategic leadership, people management, financial oversight, and change management

Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of government evaluation frameworks, PFMA regulations, and performance reporting systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project monitoring and performance reporting
  • Implement Medium-Term Development Plan priorities
  • Develop and monitor Service Delivery Improvement Plans
  • Coordinate sector indicator development with provincial partners
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
