Core Requirements
- Strategic planning experience (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Completion of Nyukela Senior Management Pre-Entry Programme required before appointment
Essential Competencies
Management Skills:
Strategic leadership, people management, financial oversight, and change management
Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of government evaluation frameworks, PFMA regulations, and performance reporting systems
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project monitoring and performance reporting
- Implement Medium-Term Development Plan priorities
- Develop and monitor Service Delivery Improvement Plans
- Coordinate sector indicator development with provincial partners
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
