About Us

Position: Director – Management Accounting
Key Requirements
- SAQA-recognized finance qualification (Degree/BTech)
- Proven leadership in accounting/financial management
- Pension fund/retirement benefits experience preferred
- Professional accounting body membership advantageous
- Advanced MS Office skills
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and annual statement preparation
- Manage tax compliance and SARS interactions
- Develop organizational funding models
- Lead budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Optimize payroll and accounts payable systems
- Supervise division resources and staff development
