Key Responsibilities

  • • Coordinate transport services, parking allocation, and messenger operations
  • • Supervise executive secretarial support and corporate event coordination
  • • Manage telecommunications, printing services, and reception operations
  • • Lead team performance management and professional development
  • • Ensure compliance with PFMA and strategic financial oversight
