Key Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement policies for office support services and facilities management
- • Oversee comprehensive logistics strategy for all departmental buildings
- • Manage records systems compliant with National Archives regulations
- • Coordinate transport services, parking allocation, and messenger operations
- • Supervise executive secretarial support and corporate event coordination
- • Manage telecommunications, printing services, and reception operations
- • Lead team performance management and professional development
- • Ensure compliance with PFMA and strategic financial oversight
