Position Summary

- Experience: 5+ years in senior managerial roles

Requirements
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Labour Relations or related field
- Nyukela Certificate for Senior Management Service
- Proven experience managing employee relations and collective bargaining
- Working knowledge of labor legislation (LRA, BCEA, PSA)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop labor relations strategies across provincial departments
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations with trade unions
- Oversee dispute resolution and disciplinary processes
- Represent the employer in labor court proceedings
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and policies
- Analyze labor trends and recommend mitigation strategies
- Conduct workplace mediation and conflict resolution
