Position: Director of Infrastructure & Planning Services

Education Requirement: Master’s Degree (Civil Engineering or equivalent)
Experience Needed: 7+ years (including 2 years at senior management level)
Location: West Coast, Western Cape
Key Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8) in Civil Engineering
- Compliance with Senior Manager competency regulations
- Proven track record in public sector management
- Expertise in engineering master planning and project execution
- Registration with engineering professional body
- Multilingual communication skills (2+ Western Cape official languages)
- Valid driver’s license (Code B)
