Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture
- Valid driver’s license
- SMS Pre-Entry Certification (NQF Level 6)
- Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure project management

- Oversee infrastructure planning and implementation for educational facilities
- Manage construction procurement strategies and project lifecycle
- Lead contract administration and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including government departments
- Implement quality control and budget management systems
- Drive innovation in sustainable building practices
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop standardized project execution frameworks
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent projects
- Implement performance metrics and reporting systems
- Manage risk mitigation strategies
