Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in ICT Infrastructure and Service Support environments
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure’s role in enterprise architecture
  • Financial services/pension administration experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement ICT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee policy development and compliance with industry regulations
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and service level agreements

Operational Management

  • Ensure optimal performance of voice/data networks and critical systems
  • Supervise infrastructure projects from planning to implementation
  • Manage hardware lifecycle including procurement and maintenance

Risk & Compliance

  • Develop risk mitigation strategies for infrastructure operations
  • Maintain asset registers and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate internal audits and regulatory reporting

Team Leadership

  • Manage IT infrastructure team development and performance
  • Oversee budget allocation and resource management
  • Promote continuous improvement and professional standards
