Key Requirements
- Proven experience in ICT Infrastructure and Service Support environments
- Deep understanding of infrastructure’s role in enterprise architecture
- Financial services/pension administration experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement ICT infrastructure strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee policy development and compliance with industry regulations
- Manage stakeholder relationships and service level agreements
Operational Management
- Ensure optimal performance of voice/data networks and critical systems
- Supervise infrastructure projects from planning to implementation
- Manage hardware lifecycle including procurement and maintenance
Risk & Compliance
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for infrastructure operations
- Maintain asset registers and compliance documentation
- Coordinate internal audits and regulatory reporting
Team Leadership
- Manage IT infrastructure team development and performance
- Oversee budget allocation and resource management
- Promote continuous improvement and professional standards
