Qualifications & Requirements

  • ✔️ Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Real Estate Management/Commerce or related field
  • ✔️ 5+ years senior management experience in relevant field
  • ✔️ Valid driver’s license

  • • Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
  • • GRAP standards & Treasury Regulations
  • • Property economics & asset management
  • • DISPOSAL Act & GIAMA requirements

Core Responsibilities

  • • Lead Immovable Asset Register management system development
  • • Ensure GRAP/PFMA compliance for asset accounting
  • • Oversee asset verification & valuation processes
  • • Manage state property records and infrastructure reporting
  • • Direct team performance & operational planning
