Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate + NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management/HR or related field)
- Valid driver’s license
- 5 years’ experience at Middle/Senior Management level
- Completion of Nyukela Public Service Leadership Programme (online course)
Key Competencies
- Expertise in public service HR legislation and policies
- Strong understanding of PFMA and government operations
- Proven leadership in organizational transformation
- Excellent project management skills

- Oversee skills development program implementation
- Manage learnership & internship initiatives
- Lead performance management systems
