Position Details

Location: Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal
Experience Required: 5+ years at senior management level
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required) + Master’s Degree (Preferred) in HR/Related Field

Key Requirements

– Valid driver’s license (Code B minimum)
– Proven leadership in HR development environments
– Experience with performance management systems
– Knowledge of national/regional HR strategies

Core Responsibilities

– Lead departmental performance management
– Oversee training programs and skills development
– Manage HR support services for 1,500+ employees
– Implement workforce development strategies
– Advise on HR policies and compliance
